No, you can start the game at any time.

Can I play the game on a bike?

Yes however, the game is designed for walking or using public transport.

Are your games suitable for all ages?

We recommend players be at least 14 years old.

I have limited mobility. Can I play your games?

The game requires walking or public transport, which may be challenging for those with limited mobility.

Can I pause the game?

No, the game has a set playtime. However, you are able to minimize the app while playing. For example, to use another app. But the time keeps ticking.

Can I play with multiple teams?

Yes, you purchase games per team, and you can compare scores afterward.

How many people can be on a team?

We recommend a maximum of four players for active participation.

Which app is used for the game?

The game is played with the “Loquiz” app, available for iPhone and Android.

How many phones do I need?

One phone per team.

Do I need internet?

Yes, you need internet at the start and end of the game, but it doesn’t consume much data.

What should I do if the app freezes?

Restart the app and log in again to continue. If issues persist, contact us via chat.

I am stuck during the game. What should I do?

Open a WhatsApp chat through our website for assistance, available from 9 AM to 10 PM.

What languages are available?

Games in Barcelona and London are available in four languages (German, English, Dutch, Spanish), while others offer three languages (English, Dutch and German).
