Walking Quiz does not control the environment in which games are played and cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that occur during play.
You are responsible for communicating these conditions to all participants in your group.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not use the Services:

To engage in dangerous or unsafe activities.
To damage, disable, or impair the Services or interfere with others’ use.
To upload or distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading material.
Walking Quiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability.
We strive to ensure the accuracy and availability of our Services but do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.
All intellectual property rights in our Services, including the design, puzzles, text, graphics, logos, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Walking Quiz.

In any event, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific game in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
You are responsible for your own conduct and that of any participants using the Services under your booking.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Walking Quiz from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms,
Your use or misuse of the Services, or
Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.
We collect and process limited personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not require or provide personal user accounts for gameplay.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision shall not be considered a waiver of our rights.
Walking Quiz may revise these Terms from time to time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
